Terms & Conditions

This is a solid starting point for a UK online shop, not a substitute for legal advice. Have your terms reviewed for your business before you rely on them.

1. Who we are

This website is operated by Krazy Gifts. Our trading name, address and contact details are on our Privacy Policy, and you can reach us any time through our contact page.

2. These terms

These terms apply to every order placed through this website. By placing an order you agree to them. We may update them from time to time; the version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.

3. Placing an order

After you place an order we send an acknowledgement email. This confirms we have received your order but does not form a contract. A contract is formed only when we send an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. If we cannot fulfil an order, for example because an item is out of stock or mispriced, we will contact you and refund any payment in full.

4. Price and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Delivery is charged in addition and shown before you pay. Payment is taken at checkout by our payment provider, Stripe; we never see or store your full card details. We take all reasonable care to keep prices accurate, but if we spot a clear pricing error we will tell you before dispatching and let you continue at the correct price or cancel.

5. Delivery

Our delivery options, prices and timescales are set out on our Delivery page, which forms part of these terms. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, but if your order is significantly delayed please contact us. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.

6. Cancellations and returns

Your right to cancel a distance-selling order, and how to return an item, are set out in full on our Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms. In summary: you may cancel most orders within 14 days of delivery for any reason, you pay the cost of returning unwanted items, and we cover the cost of returning anything faulty, damaged or incorrect.

7. Faulty goods

Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Goods must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If they are not, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund.

8. Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or that arise from your own misuse of the goods. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.

9. Your account

If you create an account, keep your login details secure and do not share them. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has accessed it.

10. Intellectual property

The content of this website is owned by us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission, except as needed to browse and buy.

11. Complaints and governing law

If you are unhappy with anything, please contact us first so we can try to put it right. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
